Sometimes we just need the moral support and camaraderie of others to help propel us – that’s what PeakFit’s small group training is all about. Bodybuilders and yogis unite! These sessions welcome everyone regardless of shape, age, and fitness level.

3 Benefits of Small Group Fitness at PeakFit
- Personal Support and Instruction – With 12 or less people in each class, instructors have the time to give each person individualized instruction and guidance.
- Variety of Classes – PeakFit provides a variety of different classes with options to meet the needs of virtually any fitness goal.
- Motivation and Camaraderie – Having friends and colleagues right beside you can enhance the intensity of your workouts. Friendly competition is sure to keep everyone moving, sweating, and having fun.
Small Group Training – Know Before You Go
- Group fitness classes last between 15 and 60 minutes each.
Group fitness classes never have more than 12 people at a time so that clients can receive adequate personal support and instruction. - New clients should meet with Tiffany for a free 20-minute consultation to set fitness goals and create a plan.
- The first training session is free, and Tiffany will weigh and measure you to gauge your starting point. This provides a reference to see how far you’ve come.
- If you are concentrating on weight loss, Tiffany will weigh clients every week to track their progress and take body measurements once a month.

PeakFit’s Current Class List:
- Strong to the Core – A challenging 15-minute class that centers on Abs & Glutes.
- Meet Me at the Barre – A 45 to 60-minute session that focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, balance control and stamina. Elements of ballet, yoga, pilates, and plyometric movements are utilized throughout the class.
- Fit Couple – A 45 to 60-minute class form you and a partner. Grab your spouse, friend or neighbor and get ready to sweat. This class mixes cardio and weight training with calisthenics and ab/glute isolation. Join Tiffany and husband Jim for this fat burning, muscle building class.
- Silver Sweaters – This 30-minute class is geared towards ‘senior fitness.’ A variety of equipment such as hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls, steps and chairs are utilized and can be adjusted to meet every client’s strength. The goal is to increase strength, flexibility, balance control and stamina.
- Peak Muscle – A 60-minute weightlifting session available daily to train specific body parts and build muscle strength. This class will teach you proper form and the importance of maintaining a mind-muscle connection.
- Cardio Blast – A 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session that will get you sweating.
- Mix Fit – This 45 to 60-minute class mixes cardio, weight training, resistance bands, and stability exercises to provide a well-rounded workout. Plan on burning fat, building muscle, and having fun!
