Personal Training Sessions – Know Before You Go

  • Personal training sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes each.
  • New clients should meet with Tiffany for a free 20-minute consultation to set fitness goals and create a plan. 
  • The first training session is free, and Tiffany will weigh and measure you to gauge your starting point. This provides a reference to see how far you’ve come.
  • If you are concentrating on weight loss, Tiffany will weigh clients every week to track their progress and take body measurements once a month.
